Thanks for visiting Extended School Care at WCCS! ESC provides after school care for students enrolled in Westminster Catawba Christian School. Our program serves 3-year-old preschool through grade 8.
The children in preschool have a variety of activities ranging from stories to crafts. Grade school students will start their afternoon with snacks followed by homework. After homework is completed, students are encouraged to free play and will participate weekly in planned art activities as well as other fun projects. The school board authorizes supervision of students from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Early Arrival: Any student arriving before 7:30 a.m. is considered an early arriver which will result in a monthly fee. Supervision is available from 7 - 7:55 a.m. each morning.
After-school Care: This service is available on a regular or drop-in basis from 2:40-6 p.m. Students registered for regular care are charged based on a fixed monthly fee. Students that use the drop-in care pay an hourly rate and MUST make arrangements in advance through the school office or the ESC Director.
