Tuition and Fees Schedule 2002-2003

Tuition

Tuition covers all school operating expenses and costs normally associated with the educational process including books and instructional materials.  Families can pay tuition in full, by cash or check to WCCS by August 1; by two semester payments, one in July and one in January or by 12 monthly payments beginning in June.  Both the two semester payment schedule and the 12 monthly payments schedule are made through automatic bank drafts with FACTS Management.  Families with more than one child enrolled are eligible for a multi-child discount.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for families who want to provide Christian education for their children but are unable to meet their tuition expense.  WCCS uses the Family Financial Needs Assessment to determine need for assistance.  Individual family assessments, which are paid by the applicant, will be $20 for regular processing (4 weeks) and $40 for Fast Back Fax service (2 days).  Online applications are $30.  Application packets are available in the school offices at either campus.

 

Fees

Application Fee - $50

  • A one-time, per student fee submitted with completed enrollment application.

Registration Fee - $75

  • Charged annually and payable at enrollment.

Testing Fee - $35

  • One-time per student fee for admissions testing.

Class Dues

  • Class dues are collected beginning in the seventh grade.  Funds are used for projects identified by each class and approved by the administration.  Statements will be mailed to parents at the beginning of each semester.  Payments should be made to the business office and must be paid in full by April 1.  Dues are as follows:
Grades 7-8   $50
Grades 9-10   $100
Grades 11-12   $150

Lunch

  • Lunch is available for students at the Westminster and Catawba Campuses.  Order forms are submitted the week prior.  Lunches on the Catawba Campus will by $2.75 and an additional $.40 for drinks (tea, milk, orange juice).  Lunch prices for the Westminster Campus are $2.50 and $.40 for milk.  Vending machines are available on the Catawba Campus with additional drink and snack selections.

Field Trips

  • A portion of the educational program at WCCS includes field trips.  Costs for these are variable, and are collected prior to each event.

Extended Daycare/Study Hall

  • An optional service available to families who need before or after school supervision for their children.  A separate fee schedule is available.

 

refund policy for early withdrawal

  • Application, testing, registration fees, and class dues are non-refundable.

  • Any tuition that has been paid up through the month of withdrawal is non-refundable.

  • If a student is withdrawn prior to the start of school, tuition already paid is non-refundable.

  • Any prepaid tuition for months beyond the withdrawal month is fully refundable.
