Bob Clark is married to Mary Jo and has two daughters and a son, Drew, a WCCS alum. Bob is a Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) administrator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and retired from the U.S. Army. Bob and his family attend Westminster Presbyterian Church where Bob serves as an Elder.
John Haley and his wife, Amy, are the parents of two current WCCS students, Jacob and Joel. In addition, their son John David is a graduate of WCCS. John is a member of the law firm Arnot + Haley, PLLC, which focuses its practice on nonprofit law, for-profit business formation, and trusts and estates work. John is involved with two missions-related ministries, and he is the co-owner of Ecclesia Construction Company, which builds churches and commercial buildings in the Carolinas and Georgia. The Haleys are all involved in ministries at their church, Pineville Church of the Nazarene.
Lora Holladay is married to Jack, and together they have one son, Spencer, who attends WCCS and will be in the seventh grade in the fall. She is the Community Investment Director for the United Way of York County, S.C. She also serves as the Executive Director of the long range plan to address homelessness in York County; Pathways to Housing. She began her career over a decade ago and has worked with many non-profit boards and development committees. She now works as a Strategic Planning Consultant to build the capacity of local non-profit organizations. She and her family are members of St.John's United Methodist Church. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, writing, and golf.
Rev. William H. Buie, Jr. is married to Tamara. Their son Trey attends WCCS and will be in the third grade next year. They have another son, Noah, who lives in Raleigh and a daughter, Onisha Renee. Rev. Buie is the pastor of First Calvary Baptist Church in Rock Hill, S.C. and is currently a doctoral candidate of United Theological Seminary. He received a B.A. from Shaw University in 1996 and his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1999. Rev. Buie was a guest lecturer in Durham, England in 1997, an instructor at Drew Theological Seminary from 1998-2001, and the Washington Seminary in Washington D.C. from 2003-2005. He currently serves as Guest Exegetical Study panelist at Howard University School of Divinity. Among his many achievements, Rev. Buie lists his most important as the day he surrendered his life to Christ.
Peter Nosal is married to Kelly and they have three children at WCCS. Pete is a partner at Nosal & Jeter, LLP, and focuses on estate planning and probate. Pete is also JAG Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard. He and his family attend Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Jim Petty is married to Kelly, both of whom were blessed with private Christian education as children and continue this commitment with their two kids. They have a son, Chapman, who is a 9th grader at WCCS, and a daughter, Macy, who is finishing her final year of home schooling and will attend 8th grade at WCCS next year. Jim is a regional vice president with ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. and an elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Bryan Pressley is married to Rita and has three children who attend WCCS. Bryan and his family are members of WPC and he currently serves as a Deacon for the church. He is employed with Skytech Inc. located at the Rock Hill Airport. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and serving in his church and community.
Dr. Susan Start is a long-term WCCS parent and member of WPC. She and her husband, Robert Start, have been part of the school community since 1999 when their son, Ethan, started preschool. Ethan graduated from WCCS in 2014 and their daughter, Natalie is in high school at WCCS. Susan loves children and has enjoyed practicing pediatrics for over 2 decades. She currently volunteers with the Family Resource Center clinics for the uninsured children of York County.
Kristen Davis Rhyne is the Executive Director of the Westminster Foundation. Having been a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1978, she was a part of the establishment of Westminster Christian School where all her children attended and she was privileged to serve as Administrator. Today she has three grandchildren at WCCS and is very thankful for their Christian education. Other areas of community involvement include serving as a Board member of Keystone Substance Abuse Services and involved with Renew Our Community (ROC). Kristen retired in 2014 as a Certified Financial Planner® at Founders Federal Credit Union before accepting her current position. Her passions are spending time with family and sharing time, talent, and treasure to advance the Kingdom.
Rev. Chris Florence is married to Suzy. Their daughter, Bailey, is a 7th grader at WCCS. Chris is the Senior Associate Pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church and has more than 20 years of experience as a professional counselor, educator, and pastor having served in pastorates in South Dakota, Maryland, and Augusta, Georgia. Prior to joining the pastoral staff at Westminster Presbyterian, Chris served as the Vice President of Academic Administration and Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Covenant Seminary. Chris has a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University, a M.S.S.W. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a M.Div. degree from Covenant Theological Seminary, and is a PhD student at St. Louis University. Chris enjoys watching baseball, grilling, kayaking, and fishing.
